Returns and Complaints 


All complaints regarding products purchased at should be submitted through the Complaint Form. 

The complaint will be processed by us within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the product along with the fully completed complaint form. 

Before making a complaint, assess the condition of the product and ensure that any faults do not result from improper usage or care. 


  • If you change your mind or for other reasons, the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days from receiving the shipment. 
  • Enclose a printed, completed, and signed return form which you can download HERE with your package. 
  • Remember that to receive a full refund, the product must be unused, show no signs of wear, must not be washed, damaged, etc. 
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the package, we will refund you: 
  • If your payment was made via Przelewy24, you will receive the refund to the account used for payment. 
  • If you chose a regular bank transfer, provide us with your account number for the refund. 
  • If you used other payment systems (e.g., PayPo), the refund will be processed through those systems. 
  • You can return the goods to us in two ways: 

Method 1 - Shipping with your own carrier 

Return the product(s) to us using the carrier of your choice at your own cost. Remember to retain the shipment confirmation. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. 


For the sake of streamlining and expediting the process, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return the item for a refund, and in the meantime, make another purchase which we will process as a separate order. 

Notes regarding returns 

  • Pursuant to art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, products not subject to returns include those for which return and resale would pose a health risk or for hygienic reasons, if the packaging has been opened post-delivery, e.g., lingerie, unpacked teeth protectors, unpacked suspensories, supplements, etc. 
  • According to art. 34 (4) of the act, "the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from using it in a way exceeding the necessary features and functioning of the item". Therefore, reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount if the returned item arrives indicating signs of use, hindering resale at the original price.
